At Mom-N-Me, we aim to provide high-quality kidswear and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully.

Important Notice

We currently do not offer refunds. However, exchanges may be considered under specific conditions.

Refunds or exchanges will not be provided for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings

  • Delayed delivery caused by courier services

Eligible Exchange Scenarios

An exchange may only be accepted if:

  • The wrong product was shipped, or

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Exchange Request Process

To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  2. Provide clear photos or video evidence of the issue.

  3. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with packaging.

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Processing Time

Once the request is approved:

  • The exchange process will begin within 3–5 working days.

  • Replacement products will be shipped as soon as possible depending on availability.
