  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise stated.

Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across Pakistan (and internationally where specified).

  • Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or public holidays.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The wrong product was delivered, or

  • The product arrived severely damaged or defective.

Returns

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Exclusions

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded.
